Your responsibilities:

  • Operational management and responsibility for the entire spectrum of day-to-day back office business in an international environment
  • Active design of administrative processes with a focus on continuous quality improvement and efficiency
  • Personnel responsibility for a team of 4 employees
  • Direct support and cooperation with the management in all administrative matters, such as scheduling and travel planning, as well as implementation of internal projects
  • Administrative support for the Ubimax locations in the USA and Mexico from a shared service perspective
  • Monitoring of the preparatory financial accounting of all Ubimax companies in cooperation with external service providers (invoicing & dunning, controlling)
  • Controlling of administrative costs including travel expenses and budget management for the administrative area

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable occupation
  • You have successfully completed your commercial training or have a comparable qualification
  • As an organizational talent you work in a structured, service- and team-oriented manner and see yourself as a “doer”.
  • You like to design and optimize processes and actively participate in the implementation of and compliance with these
  • You have an affinity for numbers and experience in accounting/controlling
  • Your German and English are business fluent. Knowledge of another language (e.g. Spanish) is an advantage
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications
  • Initiative and independence are among your strengths and you have a high level of quality awareness
  • You always work reliably, are committed, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
  • You have a sense of humor
