Ubimax, the leading supplier for Enterprise Wearable Computing and Augmented Reality solutions, announces the opening of a new office in Palo Alto, California, bringing its award-winning solutions to one of the world’s most important technology and innovation hubs. The second office in the United States after the Ubimax Inc. headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, serves as an additional point of contact for the fast-growing customer and partner base in North and Central America.
Bremen, December 5th 2017: As of January 2018, Ubimax will run an office in Palo Alto, further expanding its business in North and Latin America. Percy Stocker, co-founder and President of Ubimax Americas, is taking over the operational management of the Californian location and will continue to drive the successful market penetration in the region. With this additional branch office, Ubimax meets the growing demand for the award-winning Ubimax Frontline solutions and offers optimal local support for its customers with faster response times and shorter travel distances. The new location closes the supply gap on the West Coast and is a consistent step within Ubimax’s expansion strategy.
Jerry Brown, the Governor of California, visited the global Ubimax headquarters in Bremen in November 2017 and congratulated Ubimax on the decision for California. During his visit he received a comprehensive overview of Ubimax’s portfolio and discussed Ubimax’s growth plans with Dr. Hendrik Witt, CEO and co-founder of Ubimax.
“We are looking forward to the opportunities, Silicon Valley has to offer. Being closer to our American customers and partners on the West Coast, we now can adequately address the enormous business interest in this region,” states Dr. Witt. Numerous customers from North, Central, and South America - such as Audi, Becton Dickinson, BMW and DHL - already trust in the Ubimax Frontline solutions, boosting their business processes and benefiting from a fast time-to-value.
In recent years, Ubimax has continuously extended its U.S. business network and strengthened strategic partnerships in North America. “A second U.S. office gives us more opportunities to directly engage with our customers and to bring real innovation to U.S. companies,” notes Percy Stocker and adds: “Being a clear market leader in the field of Enterprise Wearables and Augmented Reality solutions, it is essential for us to have a strong presence in the Valley, the global center of IT innovation!”
