Bremen, March 12th 2018: The first major milestone of the new partnership between Ubimax and Toshiba is the successful integration of Ubimax Frontline with Toshiba’s newly announced mobile edge computing device, dynaEdge DE-100. Lightweight and fully portable, dynaEdge DE-100 in combination with Ubimax Frontline offers the power of a full performance PC through its 6th Generation Intel® Core™ vPro™ processor, image recognition and the execution of other data and high computing power algorithms. Its removable battery allows all-day operation simply by switching it with a replacement. Through its fingerprint reader, frontline workers benefit from higher identification security and, in combination with the AR100 Viewer smart glass wearable, workers are provided hands-free connectivity, with the device featuring the latest Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and GPS technologies. As the first enterprise grade monocular smart glass operating on Windows 10, it now allows implementation for a broader enterprise space wishing to incorporate the advancements wearable technology can bring to their business.
