All Frontline screens have been reworked to give a more intuitive user experience and a fresh design, but see for yourself!
| Security Update
Two-factor authentication decreases the probability that someone can impersonate a user and gain access to their accounts.
Our Smart Glasses Authenticator app has the unique benefit to generate the second factor as a unique QR code that can be scanned by smart glasses for a convenient login. Download it for free from the AppStore and Play Store, or choose any other authenticator app compliant to RFC 6238 TOTP.
| Truly hardware-agnostic
Start support calls with our new Frontline Workplace apps for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. Benefit from all available features as known from the xAssist browser version.
| New in Remote Support
Send an invitation to unregistered users before you start a call or during an ongoing call. The invitations are sent out to the guest users via email or text message. Guest users can join either by using the mobile app or simply a web browser of choice on any laptop or PC.
Link a support call to a certain service case and create a detailed report that is adjustable to your needs. It summarizes the session including pictures and chat history. Furthermore, it is possible to link recordings of a call to a service report and service case and include additional information like service ticket numbers.
| Update User Management
Easily configure which contacts are visible for certain users with the new Phonebook in the Frontline Command Center. The administration users provide permissions to users who are then able to create teams, filter by teams, and decide which user are able to connect.
